Welcome to the James & Ann Wedding 2019 gallery. This gallery was created on May 4, 2019.
In most cases, the gallery may have a password. This is setup by the person who booked the service, or implemented by the Lilap Creates team to protect the images of minors.
To obtain the password for the gallery, you must contact the person who booked our services, as we will not give out the password in any circumstances as per the agreement between Lilap Create, and the person who booked us.
If you were the person who booked our services, the password to your Gallery will be located within your Booking information in the “My Accounts” > “Orders” section. If you are still unable to find the password, you may contact us.
If you cannot find your images within the gallery, your images may still be awaiting upload.
If you still cannot find your images within the gallery, it may have been omitted due to reasons as explained in the “How are the images edited?” section below.
We edit images before they are uploaded online, as once images are uploaded, people can download, share, view, manipulate, edit, and various other reasons.
Our in-house guidelines to editing images are explained below:
Once images are omitted, unfortunately there is no method on retrieving these images. These images are deleted on the first stage level, meaning that we delete these images before they are saved into our archives. This is to prevent any Lilap team members from accessing the images, and to prevent any future uploads of these omitted images. We reserve the right to protect these images in accordance to the laws, and copyright is held by Lilap Creates.
There are two ways you can download your images from the gallery.

If you are the client who has booked the service, you may download the whole gallery served in a zip file. This is located within your “My Accounts” > “Orders” section.
Our gallery has 2 sharing features.
To share the gallery as a whole, you may click on the platform you would like to share on to, by using the icons in the middle to the left of the browser/gallery.
If you would like to share the image you are viewing, you can do so by hovering your mouse to the top right of the browser screen, an arrow curving to the right will appear, and select the platform you would like to share to. This will only work in large view mode.
Please note that you will need permission from the person who booked our services to share the password to others. We take no responsibility in sharing the password.
If you cannot view any images within the gallery, and there is no text explaining why, please contact us by using the contact forms. This may have been cause by an error or our gallery server is not responding.
At anytime, you can add or remove a gallery password via our request form. This allows you to have freedom with your gallery privacy.
You may customise your gallery cover photo which will be used as the featured image for your gallery.
You will need to make sure that it meets our content guidelines before we approve it for use on our website system.
To upload your image. Please contact us by using the request form.
You may change your gallery name at anytime through our online request. However, you will lose your link as the web address link is tied to your gallery name.
Your online gallery will stay online for at least 365 days from the event date. After 365 days, the gallery may or may not be hidden/deleted off our web servers to make more space.
We will however, have the archived version of your gallery and can be requested again for a fee.
